Do I have to be a bodybuilder to pose?Posing has always predominately been designed for stage competitive bodybuilding atheletes to help them display their best physique on the day of competition. I specialise in helping male and female competitive athletes stage ready. However, more recently as health, wellness and gym culture has become more popular we have found that we have started posing with not only competitive athletes but other sports personals, models, dancers and anyone wanting to build confidence with stage presence and to generally learn how to understand how to teach their body to flow and show off the best version of themself.

This is my first competition, how far into prep should I book my first session? We advise you have your first session at least 5-6 months prior to your first show. It isn’t impossible for you to start after but for best results when we are aiming for the gold it allows us as much time as possible to plan your sessions in advance. This will prevent you from picking up bad habits and give you as much time as possible to perfect your poses and let them become second nature. Everyones rate of learning is different having the first session as early as possible may mean you need less session overall. If more are needed we have the time to do so to get you stage ready with the best results possible.
