Get stage-ready fast with our Online Posing Intensive — a two-week virtual bodybuilding posing program designed for athletes who want rapid, noticeable improvement in their posing, presentation, and confidence before stepping on stage. Delivered one-to-one via FaceTime or Google Meet, this structured coaching package provides 3 posing sessions per week (6 total), offering real-time feedback and tailored guidance for your category including Men’s Physique, Classic Physique, Bodybuilding, Figure, Women’s Physique, and Women’s Bodybuilding. Led by an experienced bodybuilding posing coach, each session focuses on perfecting your mandatory poses, improving transition flow, and enhancing overall stage presence. You’ll also receive teaching on posing routine choreography, ensuring every movement showcases your physique with confidence and poise. What’s Included: • 6 personalised virtual posing sessions (3 per week for 2 weeks) • Real-time technical corrections and visual feedback • Transition and stage flow refinement tailored to your physique • Accountability and between-session video review • Optional show-day review or final online check-in • Suitable for all federations including IFBB Pro League,NPC, IFBB ELITE, NABBA, PCA, WNBF, ICN, OCB, and more Ideal for: Competitors preparing for an upcoming show or returning to the stage who want to perfect their posing technique, routine, and presentation in a short timeframe.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment within less than 72 hours before it is scheduled to take place or do not attend your appointment, you will be subject to your booking fee. To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online via the website on your member dashboard provided you have a member account or by DM on Instagram @PoseByFeyi

Posing coaching teaches you engage your muscles appropriately to display the best version of your physique.
All online clients need to book an initial session, in-person clients do not need to book an initial session as it’s done as part of their in-person session.
The duration of posing sessions ranges from 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the service chosen. These sessions aim to enhance your current posing stage, including fixing pose positioning, structure, engagement, transitions, and stage presentation. Initial 15 minutes consultations focus on analysing your current posing and addressing one key area for improvement. Regular posing sessions build on this foundation.
Pose by Feyi provides services for all divisions.
Starting as early as possible is ideal, even during the off-season, to consistently evaluate your physique under optimal conditions and identify areas for improvement. Bi-monthly sessions during the off-season help maintain progress, gradually increasing to weekly and even daily sessions as the competition nears. The frequency depends on your experience level and readiness for the show.

Posing has always predominately been designed for stage competitive bodybuilding atheletes to help them display their best physique on the day of competition. I specialise in helping male and female competitive athletes stage ready. However, more recently as health, wellness and gym culture has become more popular we have found that we have started posing with not only competitive athletes but other sports personals, models, dancers and anyone wanting to build confidence with stage presence and to generally learn how to understand how to teach their body to flow and show off the best version of themself.
We advise you have your first session at least 5-6 months prior to your first show. It isn’t impossible for you to start after but for best results when we are aiming for the gold it allows us as much time as possible to plan your sessions in advance. This will prevent you from picking up bad habits and give you as much time as possible to perfect your poses and let them become second nature. Everyones rate of learning is different having the first session as early as possible may mean you need less session overall. If more are needed we have the time to do so to get you stage ready with the best results possible.
Not at all - we have a huge base of clients who like to come ‘off-season’ this allows us to keep on top of getting that flow and stage presence absolutely flawless. If you can own the stage in off-season chances are all eyes will be on your when your on prep. We also have a huge number of people who are considering competing, or just want a taste for what show day feels like… and of course first timers and 40 shows in, its tailored to suit all individually.
